Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program

Purpose of this program:
To support the establishment and development of drug courts. The Drug Court Grant Program is responsive to, and supportive of, developments in the field. As a result, the BJA announces the availability of implementation and enhancement grants. Implementation grants are available for up to $500,000 for up to 3 years. There are separate categories this year for communities applying to implement an adult drug court and a juvenile drug court. Enhancement grants are available for up to $300,000 for up to 2 years. There are separate categories for single drug court enhancement and statewide enhancements.
